External sound card needed

My old windows 10 pc has a sound blaster audigy card with 3 X 3.5 jack plugs in use from an old dell. Dell Altec Lansing Ada995 5.1 Thx Speaker System New tiny pc has no room for a card and only has spdif and usb ports for use. Asking for ideas in connecting 3 jack plugs into a converter and usb or spdif .
