Is it actually little beads of weld? Would salty water rust it off over time? No need to go roughing the stainless then. Just a suggestion.

Any local welding supplies, get a 3m scotch pad , dark red one if u can and rub with the grain

I'm afraid you might make then less visible buy they won't disappear and will always come back.
A stainless fabricator might be able to polish the marks away.
I would be chasing the roofing guy first.he should have known better that allow that to happen.

edit, i picked it up wrong!

Slag has dripped down from roof onto bulk tank?
If so, poor form for him to not cover the tank before welding.
If it's little snots then there's no easy way to remove them without grinding and polishing them out.

Fine M3/ Scotch pad on a grinder to remove the splatter, if it’s discoloured you will need pickling paste, anyone local doing stainless welding should have it, it’s a solution you brush on and rinse off to remove any weld oxides after welding. Hope this helps.
