    Hi,

Would anyone have the names of house surveyors they have used in the past (and would recommend) in Limerick City?

    Many thanks

Pat Bradley **No numbers** I have used him and I have recommended him to several people who have been happy with his service. He's a Structural Engineer as well as Surveyor.

You mean a general building surveyor rather than a structural engineer, I presume, who would carry out a visual inspection of a property and compile a report?
JJ Mc Donnell of Gileece, McDonnell and O'Shaughnessy, Cypress House, Dooradoyle. I have used him twice before - very experienced and thorough. The average fee is around 400 euro plus VAT.

If you are looking for a structural engineer, I cannot recommend John Garrett enough. He was about 700 but he spent 6 hours in our home. Incredibly thorough report.
