Hi all. Looking for advice! Renovating a terraced 3 bedroom house. Wondering is air to water worth the cost. ??
Our oil bills per year are average €800-€1,000 in a house with little insulation !
We are getting so many opinions, would love to get some views here.
    Thanks in advance.

    The answer is "it depends".
If your heat losses are low enough then a heatpump should work fine but if the heat losses of the house are too large then it will cost a lot in usage as the heatpump will struggle to heat the place.

What fabric heat loss improvements if any are you making during the renovations? Have you tested for air leakage (air tightness tested)?
