    Hi there

In was wondering what the above means? My Statement of Liability states that I overpaid tax by 479.18 however they are offsetting this against my LPT for this year. Does that mean that my LPT will now be paid by my overpaid amount? My LPT is uptodate (2020 has been paid months ago) so has to be paid for this year.

    Thanks

Your 2021 LPT liability will be taken out of your refund and if there is anything left it will be refunded to you. Payment of LPT liabilities were pushed out a fair bit last year but I don't think it applies this year.
