Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Got a laptop with an Intel 10750H in it with a similar chassis, the fan sounds like a jet engine sometimes totally takes away from the experience. Intel hasn’t been doing great these past few years with their energy to performance ratio unfortunately.

    Some manufacturers beef up the cooling to compensate. Or under volt.

    Change the fan to a Liverpool one. Unbelievably quiet recently. :)

    Look at the trustpilot reviews for laptops direct... absolutely slated for terrible customer service and suspected of buying/reselling returned products from major retailers.
