I recently noticed that my employer or a co worker is altering my reports and times I finish, I finish at 6pm but I was looking back over the book and seen that it had been altered to 7pm. And in some cases my daily notes had been torn out and rewritten differently and signed in my name. My concern here is these notes are used when attending court. And would I be liable for any damages occurred between 6pm and 7pm even tho I'm not present.
