Can you boil the frozen chicken breasts from the supermarket. they say oven.
If not where do you get chicken breasts to boil

Yes, you can. I boil the chicken in a big pan for shredding... It keeps the chicken moist.

MY advice, poach don';t boil. Keep the water at a simmer and let it cool down in the fluid so that it doesn't dry out.
