Virgin Media Accounts Department..working or not?

    Does anyone know if the Virgin Media accounts department are processing postal payments at the moment. I posted them a payment on the 1st. January and it has not yet been credited to my account yet.

    I know that there are postal delays but two weeks seems a long time.

    Id imagine, what with a pandemic and all, that folk aren't in the office very often and that would possibly account for delays.
