No broadband

    My sisters got imagine broadband installed last september in enniscrone.
    Cobstant outages especially past few days.
    Internet dtops to between 0.5megs and 6megs after 5.30... far worse after 9 0.2megs~2megs
    No tv/internet past few nights as a result.
    Phoned them but got no where....

    Why?

    Imagine broadband a joke
    Today the speed was 17mbs
    2~6mbs at present..
    Phoning thrm is a waste of time.
    Not getting what we paid for..
    Told we would be getting 70mbs max as we to far away to get 150mbs.
    A few weeks ago was getting less than 1mbs


    Sooner we have eir fibre the better
