You can use any 34T inner ring at least - 6800 or 5800 would tuck away nicely for cheap.

Outer rings, Shimano unsurprisingly went for patterns so that you had to stay inside the same series for everything to fit together and not look like a disaster. 7900 is a nice group so I wouldn't Frankenstein it.

FSA have their detractors, but far easier to replace chain rings.

I recently changed to a 52T on the big ring. I've the 50T somewhere in the shed. What rings exactly are you looking for ?

The 50 outer would be great just looking to change to compact overall
What price had you in mind thanks

    Hi Ciarano,
I haven't been able to put my hands on it yet. Let me find it first and I'll get back to you later (today hopefully).

Ciarano - chainrings are not interchangeable between 7900 and 7950 chainsets. The BCD is different so dura-ace compact rings won’t fit the standard 7900 and vice Versa.

Sorry for the delay but hadn't forgot. Fin`wally found it in the attic.

It's FC9000, previously used and I changed because I wanted ot go up to 52T; it's not worn out.
