Another one sided GSOC case

Is there ever a situation where GSOC wont run with an overblown prosecution? I realise they are blaming the DPP but in reality, the dpp can only make a decision based on what GSOC provide. Until GSOC can actually investigate and prosecute both sides, they will never be remotely impartial or unbiased. Kudge critises GSOC…
