USB Hub for multiple external drives

Hi,

Bought a USB splitter but as my portable hard drives have no power source, they are not connecting right as the hub does not have the juice to hold 4 at a time.

This is not working for me:

Is there any solution to a USB 3.0 hub that will support multiple HDs without their own power - perhaps one with its own power supply.

If you have multiple portable drives then chances are you need a better solution.
