Vodafone TV Anywhere

    Is anyone using Vodafone TV Anywhere app these days?

    Mine stopped working last year, in around the same time Vodafone changed their CRM systems and since then it doesn't give me an option on my online account to register a device to use with the app....and the app only works on devices registered. It tells me I can register up to 5 devices ... but there is no option to actually add any.

    Going around in circles with Customer Service/Tech Support...most of who appear never to have heard of the app

    I'm the same... Live TV stopped about a year ago, and now I can't use it to get subtitles on my TV. Pretty bad I have to say. Did you get anywhere with it?

    I'm trying to use TV Anywhere for the first time, and when I try to log in on the app it tells me teh service is 'Only available to Vodafone TV customers'

    I've had Vodafone TV for about a year now!!

    You have to register the app online to link up to your account.

    Managed to get it set up and working on Saturday morning after a phonemail to customer care......


    ....to then find out some channels are not available on TV Anywhere (BT Sports).
