VM Post RS Errors

Hi there just wondering what is acceptable here. My DS syncs at between 37.3 & 39 SNR over 24 channels (a bit on the low side but within spec) with power levels around 0-2. Upstream sync at 40/41 on 4 channels with one channel at 43 (there was an u/s issue a few years back where the main cable was repaired and that causes that channel to sync higher). It's the error rate though that has me puzzled , post RS errors usually tick up on maybe a third of the channels 30-70 a day on some but a few at a rate of 100-200 a day , the other channels the RS correction keeps them in check, I never really see any speed impact though but my main concern arising from this is around potential packet loss. I have a BQM set up at Thinkbroadband which doesn't show anything untowards. I have noticed that the pre & post RS error counts reset within the modem every few days and recently that channels resync (without a restart) to different frequencies, occasionally (though more frequently now) when this happens one channel can have very bad SNR (less that 35 on a specific frequency range 77-78) and the post RS errors on that channel can be huge. A restart will resync the more optimal channels them. VM are like a brick wall ATM, I have my modem bridged so they just get hung up on that , sent me a new HUB3 recently which did nothing as expected. Cabling in the house was done less than two years ago when I was noting the u/s issues (actually had their networks guy onto me thanking me for noting it), no splitters. Curious what other people think or are experiencing on this front. Maybe I'm chasing a white whale here for no reason.

    Thanks

Im having issues for the last 2-3 days with full disconnect about 3-4 times a day - Get Post RS errors on all down channels, currently on support queue line ...

Took me ages to get sorted, in the end the main connections to the neighbors tap were lose and allowing noise ingress that affected specific channels (from 5G mobile frequencies) once they were tightened my errors dropped to 10-20 a day which is negligible.
