I am currently with imagine for 4 years this February. I was getting 70 to 100mbps between 1am to 5pm and from 5pm to 1am 20 to 30mbps. Now i am getting between 1 to 2mbps between 5pm to 1am. I am not going over fair usage policy. Maybe 30gig monthly.

I am thinking of switching provider but cant find anyone for rural areas. Only this 1:

Wired connection threw phone line on eir or sky no good as to far from exchange. Any suggestions welcome

Also mobile signal poor on three, Vodafone, tesco ect

Any chance you'd have mobile signal for eir? If not, you'd probably need some sort of satellite broadband

There aren't many national providers for rural areas apart from Eir and Imagine but there are plenty of regional Wireless ISP's many of whom get good feedback as they don't oversell their networks like a certain national ISP.

If you give your county someone may be able to suggest one that may cover you.
