Sky issues

Anyone able to get through to sky? Getting the run around the last 2 weeks my Internet is shocking and bill is to high. Have emailed and sent messages on twitter Facebook and there own site.

I got through to Sky a few days ago on 0818-719819 to cancel my Sky TV, I was answered in under 5 mins.
