cracked outdoor pipe that is leaking water

I have an outside cracked pipe that is leaking water...is this a job for a plumber? I put tape around the leap to stop the water spraying everywhere.

Yep, if your handy this is an easy enough fix. Small piece of pipe, couple of new olives and your sorted (once you can isolate the cold mains that is )
