What do you do if you find a public services card,
bring it to the local social welfare office ?
i don,t want to bring it to a garda station.,
as i think they ,ll just put it in a box in lost property dept
social welfare will send it to the owner and they,ll know where he lives .
    am i right ?
i think the person is very likely on a welfare payment .

I'd put it in the post box of the nearest welfare office.
Iirc the PSSN is on it so they will be able to tell the owner they have it or send it out to them.
