    Hi,
Maybe someone hear has a good understanding of the new rules for importing purchases.
My question is I’ve a mate up north with an item for sale that I’ve bought from him costing in region of 250 sterling ..normally I’d drive up and collect but with lockdown I’m not going near the border so the plan was to post down to me but now I’m thinking it may be subject to import charges
    Any ideas ?

A gift is up to €45: and second hand makes no difference.

There are no charges between North and South now anyway.
