I've a basic wooden shed 10x12 thats always been been a bit musty. Previously I've always had block built garages. So this was my first wooden shed. Anyway the shed is reaching that age when it's very tired. Needs a good bit of work. Are there any tricks to making it less damp and musty. Or am I better just getting a steel shed. Shed is about 15yrs old. But it was decent quality when new. So it's not a write-off. But it's still just a basic overlapping wooden shed.

Currently I'd have to re-felt it, replace a few timbers, Jack up the roof to close and tighten the timbers, then reinforce it some how. I'm just wondering are there any tricks to help with the dampness. Or is it just the nature of non insulated wooden sheds.

what do you mean by dampness?
I have a wooden shed, it's not insulated or anything, but the stuff in it is dry.
