My sisters house alarm has been going off in the middle of the night lately when the temp is dropping down to -2 and below

its one one zone so covers a multitude of windows, some have inertia and some have magnetic

any suggestions as to what it could be caused by?

she's in the house over 20yrs and its the first time its happened

Had something like this a few years ago, turned out to be a frayed wire triggered by condensation.
