    What is the timing belt replacement interval for the Renault Megane (2011) dci 108bhp?

    Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think its 120000km or 5 years.

    That sounds like a lengthy stint. I thought about 50000 miles, for petrol engines at any rate, was around the upper limit. Longer for diesels, possibly.

    Used to be 72000 miles i think.

    A lot of cars have huge intervals now.

    Renault say 5 years or up to 160,000 kms but always done them at 120,000kms or 5 years

    1000000 and you would be safe. But I’d be going off age either way so every five year
