    What exactly do you mean?

EWSS is an employer subsidy, not an employee subsidy.

An employee technically does not even have to be "working" for an employer to receive a payment.

Boss wants us to return to work last week, we all refused, we see us as non essential plus he and his family have covid, he said he won’t be in, he said he will leave it fora week but in mean time will put us on ewss now , but will ring us back on 15th jan today if he thinks things with covid numbers are ok , I know he will, also he will keep us on the payment if we return Monday, ( he done this last time) can he keep us on full time and claim it?

Yes, you do not need to be working for employer to claim EWSS.

So he can also claim it with us all back full time, wouldn’t blame him for wanting us back as soon as possible with firm now running and making money and EESS paying our wages

Once the employer meets the eligible criteria in reduction in turnover, the employer can claim EWSS.

If the firm is making all this money you mention, they mightn't be eligible for the EWSS.
