Local Property Tax - Haven't paid but no further action necessary

In 2017, my mam bought a house in Leitrim with sum from nana's will (20k) each, for myself & 3 siblings.

My address has changed to new house and brothers name is on Revenue. I haven't provided bank details, nor my brother. I heard the news on radio about tax deadline, think it's 11th .

I logged onto revenue, and sent enquiry as to how much I owe, but if deadline is 11th they might not get back to me in time.

'The liability for this period is being pad through deductions from a salary or occupational pension.

The LPT record will be updated with the amount deducted when the employer/pension provider makes an end of year return to Revenue.

In the meantime, the amount deducted can be verified from payslips or statements issued by the employer/pension provider.'

I can't see any modifications to my tax credits/payslip so must I see my brother's payslip to work out if he's paying?

I don't want us missing any deadline, I'm sorry if this is a really stupid question but this is a whole new world to me and mam isn't too sure about who is paying! :(

One of you must have agreed to pay the LPT when the house was purchased. Who owns the house according to the title deeds? Do you have the property ID and if you do what do the records show when you login?
