ecoroom prefab extension

    anyone have any experience of these guys? - http://www.ecoroom.ie

    Seems a bit too good to be true.

    I'm half considering it as an option for an extension on a terraced doer upper I'm in the middle of buying - but I am a fitting working kitchen in my extension...these ecorooms seem to be just boxes??

    Also I guess I need to have site work done re foundations etc?
