customer names for invoices

    I am closing up one of my ltd company's however have lost access to the invoices due to my google business suite expiring last year for non payment.

    I have company bank statements and am paying all vat, however struggling with about 35 entry's figuring out which customers paid which funds, the business had a lot of transactions.

    Is there a legal way for me to re do the invoices, but put the customer name down as not recorded or a cash sale or something as long as it correlates with the money that came in and vat charged.
