    Just got my December Which magazine and I am delighted that you guys got the top score for customer services yet again. From my experience of dealing with you guys it's definitely a true reflection

    We always try to pride ourselves on our customer service as a company in whole.

    if and when the odd issue does arise John, it's how you all respond and handle it that sets ye miles apart from other retailers.

    Thanks a million Able,

    to be fair we try to sell a pretty narrow range of kit - ie. we don't sell washing machines / irons etc., so our guys can get pretty clued into the product range and AV kit in general and I think most of our Customers are enthusiasts which always helps as they understand the complexity of the product can sometimes cause issues which we of course will always try to assist with.

    Finally I think that the 6 Year TV guarantee is a huge benefit for us - it is expensive to keep going but we do think it is the correct thing to do for our Customers.

    Thanks again Able - I have not had a chance to see the latest 'Which' yet - still buried in Brexit stuff :|
