    Hi all. I ordered a small item from the States before Christmas. UPS tracking shows that it arrived at customs in Ireland on 31/12. Is it usual to wait this long for it to move along or is it just down to Covid, etc. Rarely if ever order from the States so unsure. Thought it would have cleared on the same day. Any ideas? Tia.

    They are only back to work since Monday, and there are major backlogs everywhere. It wouldn’t clear same day at the best of times.
