I thought someone would have posted this already. I am using a 4G modem with an eir sim and I can't buy an add-on on the app or website.
There is a message on the website saying it is being upgraded, I can log in and was able to to top up my account but I can't buy an add-on.
On the app I can't log in, I get an error. I will give them a ring tomorrow but just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
Thankfully I have a Vodafone sim and a modem for it but the speeds are better on eir where I live.

    Phone or broadband SIM?

These are the phone add on SMS codes...

Yeah you have to text freetext "booster10GB" to 50104
Because I am on a 4g modem I have to go the admin panel on my browser and send that text there. I can do that but I get back "General error while adding the product. Please try again later".
Eir have also increased the charges. Before you could get 50 GB for €30. Now it is 10 GB for €10.

Broadband and phone SIMs have different add ons.

The page for the broadband add ons is either gone or well hidden but a search yields this....

    https://www.boards.ie/ttfthread/2057943921

The 50GB add on code is...
    30 Day Extra to 50104
...make sure it has Extra as there's another add on with just 15GB for 20e without Extra in the code.

BTW, an Eir PAYG phone SIM has 120GB for 20e/28 days. Not sure if it has same speed as the broadband SIM but it's 30% cheaper.

I was able to buy my 30GB add-on by ringing 1800690000 and speaking to a customer service agent.

Can you clarify how you topped up...was it from within myeir or was it on the top up page here (which doesn't require log in)...

I was able to top-up on that page above (it takes ages to load btw) and then I tried to buy an add-in on this page:https://www.eir.ie/mobile/prepay/add-ons/
but I couldn't. So I rang the number 1800690000 and the service agent added the add-in. I didn't have to give any payment details, I had topped up my account with €30.
