Can anyone recommend a sound pressure level meter, had an old Maplin one from about 10 years ago which has been great but has now bitten the dust.Got one from Amazon UK which has no problem with loud sounds but when I try to measure my subwoofer in my 5.1 home cinema system I have to have the meter beside it for a reading and as I move back to the listening position the sound drops off to about 50-55 db., where it should read 75db+. Nothing too costly if possible, thanks.Apologies if it's in the wrong section please move to appropriate section, thanks again.
