My godson has amassed a criminal charge.. Im trying to find the owner of a vehicle he or his pals have damaged an mvp, to compensate the guy.. Any guidance on how to go abput this and keep the other partys wallet healthy? Ive presumed he has gone through the insurance company for repairs/replacement.

Not sure this kind of thing is legal, Let his insurance sort it and stay out of it.
