Had four great students as tenants 2017 - 2020. Three have moved on so there are three new tenants in with one of original four. I gave (all four) a new lease Sept 2020. Naturally this year is difficult for student tenancies. Have decided to try to sell the house next summer. No problem giving the 180 days notice (as the longterm tenant is into his 4th year) but is that what is needed? Thanks
