    There's more threads on this topic than you can shake a stick at.

    I've not heard of this on other threads however the payment awarded is based on your average gross income, the €350 is the maximum amount payable and to get this you must have been earning €400 gross or more per week and on an average basis. If you feel amount is incorrect there's an email address listed to appeal. I should point out not everyone gets €350 per week with 4 rates introduced a few months ago.

    She managed to get through its over 2 years yep but she was 17 then and not working but she not worried was just wondering.
