Its really annoying you can't filter out the UK from searches on Ebay, even selecting the European union it still fills up with UK items.
Amazon is worse, you have to go through the .co.uk website.
Brexit wasn't our choosing but we should be able to filter for EU only.

For amazon you have the choice of using .de/.it/.es /.fr/.nl

    http://euzon.eu/

But will be caught for shipping (minimum €8 from .de)

Prime only offers free shipping to same country.

Edit: - Your .co.uk login details works across the eu sites

Edit 2: - On .co.uk for items supplied & shipped (/fulfilled) by amazon. UK Vat is removed and your charged Irish Vat.
.com is also an option but you mentioned eu.

What I am talking about effect all those sites.
At them moment if you try and search under EU only it still gets filled with UK sellers

While the UK formally left the EU on 31/12/20 and changes won't happen overnight. Work will need to be done in adapting the EU/Irish side of things.
The ebay.ie site is primarily based around the UK model. The argument on here in the past was that there was too many items on Ebay listed as London but were actually in Asia and people wanted it to be more specific in location. While they never got that sorted, I would say you could be waiting for definite filter options to be available.

Only for items fulfilled by Amazon. For everything else you pay the VAT exclusive price and pay the Irish VAT to the Revenue when it arrives in Ireland

Anyone know why Uk selllers keep showing up when you refine to Eu location? Is it a case that will take time for eBay to update itself? I find it annoying.

It's really tiresome, I agree, when attempting to search Ebay.ie for an item within the EU, and even after selecting that filter your search results give you hundreds of UK items to wade through.

Hopefully the ebay tech team will correct it eventually. In the meantime what I do is search on each individual european country's ebay site i.e. ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.nl. Of course you get better results if you enter your search term in the language of that country. It's a work around for now anyway.

Also I'm going to attempt to message ebay and nag them about it, I'll post here again if I get any reply.

I managed to find a Chat Box. I was told they are working on it.
