Can you apply for WFH jobs in the UK?

Getting a job in my sector here in Ireland is tough; however, there are loads more jobs in the UK. I cannot move to England, as have lots of responsibilities here. However, I was wondering if it would be mad to apply for WFH positions in the UK. Also, how would the tax thing work? I know that Ireland has negotiated the same right to work agreements that we always had with the UK, so am not concerned about Brexit.

You can apply but most of the time it depends if they have an irish office, try find that out then what you could do is reach out to the hr person with a linked in inmail and ask them is it open to remote. Alot of the times they want you to be in the uk though. Still worth asking the question though especially if they have an irish presence.
