Hi,

Just looking for some initial advice or guidance.

I have 100% shares in a Limited company with approx 300k in the bank.

I'm considering buying an investment property in Florida through the company. The hope being that the overseas rental market will come back towards the end of this year assuming everything goes to plan with the Covid Vaccine etc.

I've been thinking about this for a while as a pension for the future.

Does anyone have any experience buying overseas investment properties and what the tax liabilities etc are involved.
