Low sodium dry dog food

I have been looking through zooplus, but most of the brands don't list sodium content.

My dog has mitral valve disease and an enlarged heart. We have been cooking him food (various meat, sweet potato, celery, carrots, green beans) and adding in a little of the dog food he has been eating for years - wolf of wilderness mini.

He is very small, so the kibble pieces need to be small if possible.

    Any suggestions?

Happy Dog Supreme Sano N or any of the Cardiac diets would be your best options
