Getting ESB wires moved

I’m wanting to build a 3 span shed but the only location I can build it means part of the building will be located under an ESB power line. What would it cost to get the line moved or is it even possible to get this done. Could they insulate the wires for the length that will the running over the shed. I will contact ESB…
