Hi everyone. Found this spider lurking in an old vehicle thats been parked up for a while... sneaky feeling its a false widow but hoping not!!!!!! Any spider species experts out there please let me know. Thanks

While he may not have been "attacked", bites from false widows can cause bad reactions in some people, and there's now new evidence that they can also carry some nasty bacterial infections as well which may account for some of the more serious infections.
