Where can I get a Free VOIP number that I can use for web signups instead of providing my personal phone number? In the USA Google Voice can be used to mask your real number but it's not available outside the US/Canada. Thanks

last one I had was some years back from
freespeech.ie

I have no idea if they still issue 076 xxxxxx numbers with a free account.

If you only needed a contact address in the form of
sip:name@sip.provider.xyz
then there are many, but it seems that is not what you need.

Standard landline numbers are available from several sources and cost about €5 per month.
