Misleading report

The Irish Times report says babies born on 1 Jan have a life expectancy of 105 :Irish babies born on January 1st expected to live to 105 years of age – UN. I think they are using this https://population.un.org/wpp/Graphs/926 which says no such thing. Perhaps they mean one of the babies will live to 105!

A typical misuse of statistics by a reporter who can't see it is a bit unlikely.
