Would it be a big job to relocate a kitchen radiator from one side of the room to another? i.e from East to West?

Depends how easy it is to get at the pipes.

    Process is
    Drain system

    Disconnect radiator

    Remove radiator

Reroute pipes (underfloor I assume). Take note of flow and return. When the heating us turned on first, feel each pipe. The one that gets hottest the first is flow!

Hang radiator in new position (drill holes)

Drill holes in floor under where pipes will connect to radiator.

    Terminate connections (flow & return)

    Fill system

    Check for leaks

Piut in inhibitor fluid (stops corrosion)

    Bleed system

Re decorate where you took radiator off wall.

    Job done! Easy :)
