Have a limited company and in the process of building at the moment. Planning on putting up a shed for storage of tools, equipment and materials. Is this something that can be put through the company??

Of course it can as an asset of the company if the tools are part of the business, where is shed being built though ie who owns the land? If in your own back garden I’d think unlikely.

What happens if you sell your house. You won’t have access to your shed. Ask your solicitor or just leave shed as you’re own.

Build it with personal capital and the company rents it from you, might be the most practical.
