Hi there,

Question on behalf of a friend. He heard about the visa extension up until April for non-nationals. They are here on a student visa (completed undergraduate) and will be entitled to the 1g Visa once the student visa is up (end of January).

The govt have announced an extension on visas until April due to Covid. However, when he goes to get his visa in April (1G), will they remove the 3/4 months from end of Jan - April from his 1g entitlement (1 year).

Any thoughts or experience with this is appreciated.
