2019 Volkswagen golf radio volume keeps going down

    Hi i have a 2019 Volkswagen Golf and the Volume on the radio keeps going down when i go around roundabouts and then after a while it will go back up to the volume level that is selected.It has always done it since i bought the car a few months ago.What could be causing this?Thanks

    There's a software update for that. Should be under warranty.

    Yeah i left it into the dealer who said they updated it but it is still happening after the update and they couldn’t find the problem

    I'd say then the update wasn't applied properly. If the update is applied correctly i'd say it needs a new 5F unit.

    It's a popular issue. Keep at the dealer.
