Selling/buying entitlements

    Does anyone have an idea when buying entitlements are they been bought at unit value or with greening added?
    Unit value €166 with greening around €240

    as far as I know the price is based on the greening value so far anyway and leasing entitlements works out at 60 -70% of the greening value .As a matter of interest what does purchase work out at

    I don't know yet will be the new year before any of the auctioneers will quote me on them as I'm the one buying of a neighbour who is selling up and is giving me first shot at them

    Usually 2.5 to 3.5 there full value .

    It's amusing to see that in England they're supposed to be buying entitlements at two thirds of their value......... the same as we're getting for leasing

    The ones your on about with your neighbor will be that anyways cause of convergence there value will stay the same.. but I’d be staying away from high value ones .
