Just wondering how many of you are new to hiking/running/mountain-biking etc. since Covid? How are you finding it?

Running and cycling - hadn’t had time for proper exercise last few years, never had advanced much past regular walking before that. I enjoy the change of scenery as I am working from home, and it’s just nice to be outdoors. Fitness wise it has gone well, I’m no Sonia O’Sullivan but I have been improving steadily

Staring to do a bit of hiking for fitness. I used to to a lot of surfing but last few trips my fitness has been an issues. Live by the Dublin Mountain way so an easy introduction to it. Before the first lock down we started taking the kids to different forests to get out kept that up over the summer.
