Deliver form P12 by hand

    Hi all

    Just looking for a bit of advice.

    My dad has been over taxed since 2016, since my mother passed away.

    My reckoning is that he is owed approx €3000+ for each year, but the 4 year rule will kick in for 2016 on Jan 1st.

    We registered for his MyAccount on ROS last week, but we are waiting for the PIN to be posted out.

    Just in case, we want to hand deliver a manual Form P12 before Jan 1st.

    My question relates to where this should be delivered. Using the revenue locator it says his local office is O'Connell street Dublin. Is this where is should be delivered? I was under the impression that all post goes to Ashtown in Dublin 15.

    Cant get through to Revenue today on the Phone.

    Revenue changed its structure a few years back. If that's where the contact locator is saying it should be sent to, then that's where you send the form 12 tax returns.
