Kitchen tap issues

    Hi all
My Francis Pegler kitchen tap recently had a leak at the neck , (if i turned it water would squirt out ) the tap head got loose recently and the washer gave up then fairly quickly , I went back to the plumbing shop to get a washer for it, they said they don't have one and offered a refund for the tap.

I got a new tap Aqualla vine kitchen mixer.
Got a plumber in to install it aswell as a few other jobs in the house.
Only thing is the new tap takes an age to stop it's residual flow. It can be up to two minutes for the drip to stop. It really bugs me. What should I do?

I came across Aquallas faqs and under dripping it mentions try rinsing the cartridge , where exactly is this located ?

I am tempted to just go back to the old tap as it has nicer feel to it. Does anyone know where I could get a washer for the neck of Pegler tap? seems they are hard to get and it has to be exact.
    This is the tap

I have been watching YouTube videos on installing taps and would like to get to some experience instead of paying a big sum for a plumber every now and again.
Would need to get a few tools online , any tips would be appreciated.
